All of our staff and translators have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) and we also have a practice of signing NDA’s with all our clients before undertaking a project.

We take security very seriously. We are fully data protected and are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. We have no problem in showing you our data protection certification should the need arise.
Our servers are based in the UK and are subject to automatic back up. In order to ensure that your files are never lost or damaged, our data centres are equipped with full recovery systems in accordance with EU regulations and RSA & FCA guidelines.
In addition, we have a complete business contingency back-up in place as well as full IT disaster recovery and business continuity. In the event of any server disruption, our operations will continue uninterrupted.
