LINGUISTS
Our linguists are from a financial or legal background and many have previously worked as financiers and lawyers themselves. As well as being highly qualified to deal in all aspects of either finance or law, they adhere to the strict codes of conduct as per their given regulatory bodies (including but not limited to the Chartered Institute of Linguists, the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and the International Federation of Translators). All Certified, Sworn and/or Notarised translations are carried out by accredited translators registered with the relevant Court or authoritative body in the jurisdiction where the documents are to be submitted. We carry out a thorough evaluation to ensure that each translator is chosen for the right project based on

All of our linguists undergo a rigorous selection process and are vetted internally. Regular client feedback also plays an integral part of this process.
CONTENT MANAGERS
Our content managers play an essential role in the whole process as their primary responsibility is to build an extensive word library for each client. This ensures that key terminology, phraseology, glossaries and lexicons preferred by the client are securely archived in a data bank for future translations. This ensures consistency and harmonisation of style with every translation.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Our project managers are the people that make your project happen. Their role is to ensure that the overall quality of your translation is maintained, whilst delivering within deadline and on budget. The project manager brings everyone together, from the translators to the content and account managers, to ensure a seamless process throughout the assignment.
ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Our team of dedicated Account Managers are probably the people who you will deal with most often. We understand that your time is precious and so to avoid sending you through a plethora of different departments, we will assign a personal Account Manager who will take care of all your project related issues from project inception right through to completion, and for all future assignments. Outside of office hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays), you will have access to the mobile phone number of the designated Account Manager, should you have any pressing concerns or require urgent updates. As a result you can be rest assured that whatever time of the day or night our Account Managers are at your disposal.
